DELIVERY - AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Shipping within Australia is free on all orders over $60!
  • Standard Shipping within Australia is $7.95 on all orders under $60.
  • Standard Shipping delivery time within Australia is 5-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping within Australia is $12.95 on all orders (if selected at checkout). 
  • Express Shipping delivery time within Australia is 2-5 business days. 
  • Please note, delays in delivery once the parcel is with the postage service are out of our control. 

 

PICK UP - SYDNEY ONLY (CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)

  • Pick Up is available for orders in Australia - select Pick Up as the shipping option at checkout.
  • Pick Up is from Liverpool, NSW
  • After checkout, we will be in contact with you within 48 hours via email with confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up along with address details.
  • Please confirm a timeframe for collection with us via email or Instagram before coming to collect your item.
  • If you would like to pick your item up earlier, please contact us first and we will endeavour to make this possible.
  • If you cannot pick up your order, we can ship it via Standard Shipping if your order is above $60 (please allow standard shipping times from the date) or for orders below $60, Standard Shipping can be purchased here (https://vaanicollection.com/products/shipping-only?_pos=2&_sid=da830161e&_ss=r). Express Shipping can be purchased here (https://vaanicollection.com/products/express-shipping-only?_pos=1&_sid=da830161e&_ss=r).
  • This option is currently suspended due to COVID restrictions. It will become available again when it is deemed safe as per NSW Health advice.

 

DELIVERY - NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Shipping to New Zealand is free on all orders over $80!
  • Standard Shipping to New Zealand is $15.95 on all orders under $80.
  • Standard Shipping delivery time to New Zealand is 10-15 business days.
  • Express Shipping to New Zealand is $29.95 on all orders (if selected at checkout). 
  • Express Shipping delivery time to New Zealand is 6-8 business days.

DELIVERY - NORTH AMERICA

  • Standard International shipping is free on orders above $120 AUD (approximately $85 USD)
  • Standard International shipping is $19.95 AUD on orders under $120 AUD.
  • Standard International delivery time is 10-20 business days. 
  • We generally don't offer Express Postage on international orders, however if you need your items urgently please contact us via our website or email. Express Postage is approximately $35.95.

DELIVERY - UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPE

  • Standard International shipping is free on orders above $120 AUD (approximately £65 GBP, €75 EUR)
  • Standard International shipping is $24.95 AUD on orders under $120 AUD.
  • Standard International delivery time is 10-20 business days. 
  • We generally don't offer Express Postage on international orders, however if you need your items urgently please contact us via our website or email. Express Postage is approximately $40.95.

DELIVERY - INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard International shipping is free on orders above $150 AUD
  • Standard International shipping is $28.95 AUD on orders under $150 AUD.
  • Standard International delivery time is 20-30 business days. 
  • We generally don't offer Express Postage on international orders, however if you need your items urgently please contact us via our website or email. Express Postage is approximately $46.95.

RETURNS

  • For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will definitely take care of you. Please see our FAQs page for more information.
  • For some items, we may be able to assist you with an exchange if you have changed your mind or want something different. Please note, you would be responsible for arranging return and delivery.
